MEET THE FOUNDER
Courtney Pollock founded The VA Loft in 2017 with a simple idea: busy people deserve support from someone who actually gets them. What started as Courtney helping a few clients has grown into a team of highly-vetted, US-based VAs supporting founders, executives, startups and busy households.
Courtney is still a working EA herself. She has spent years in the trenches managing executive calendars, travel, expenses and the hundred moving pieces that come with supporting a leader at a fast-growing company. That is why every VA Loft assistant is trained to her standard: proactive, detail-obsessed and easy to work with.
Today she is leading The VA Loft into its next chapter, pairing great human assistants with AI tools so clients get faster, more streamlined and more comprehensive support without losing the personal connection the agency was built on. Courtney is based in Denver, while her team works virtually across the US. When she is not herding calendars, she is herding her two small children, making jewelry or deep in a fantasy novel.
